  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our refund criteria.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 to 3 working days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will offer you either:

  • A replacement, free of charge, or

  • A full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
