If we’re unable to reach you via phone, your order will not be dispatched. Shipping Details: We process and ship orders Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Free standard shipping is available for all orders above PKR 5,000/-. Delivery time is typically 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location, order volume, and package size. Larger items may require additional delivery time. Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return & Refund

At Kidzy.pk, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and satisfying as possible. However, if you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and fair refund process. Eligibility for Refunds Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging will not be eligible for a refund. How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at 0313-6379936 with your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process. Refund Process Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our refund criteria. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 to 3 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will offer you either: A replacement, free of charge, or A full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
